Season terms

By entering you confirm that the details you give are accurate, that the performance is your own original work, and that you meet the eligibility rules. Entries are free. Voting is free and limited to one verified ballot per category per round.

Your work

Original music remains the artist’s work. You allow My Fresh Voice to review your audition and, if it is approved, to show your approved picture and video on this website for the competition. Further broadcasting, promotional and award-production permissions are set out in winner and finalist agreements.

Your personal information

We collect your name, stage name, date of birth, email, phone, province, town or residential area, picture and audition video to run the competition. Your email, phone, date of birth and home area are never published. Only approved public profile details are shown: stage name (or first name), category, province, picture, video and round status.

Private details and unapproved files are stored securely and can only be seen by authorised programme staff. You can ask to withdraw your entry or have your details removed by contacting the programme team.

Voters

Voters sign in with a verified email address. We store your ballot and a record of when it was cast or changed to audit the results. Your email is never published.
