What should my audition include?
Perform your own original song or rap. Briefly introduce your stage name and category, then perform. Keep the full video within 60 seconds.
Do I need professional equipment?
No. A phone recording is suitable. Find a quiet, well-lit place, hold the camera steady, and test that your voice can be heard clearly. A simple original performance is more useful than distracting production effects.
What files should I prepare?
Requirements: JPEG or PNG photo up to 5 MB; MP4 or MOV video up to 200 MB, with a maximum duration of 60 seconds. Portrait and landscape videos are welcome.
Can I upload my actual video?
Yes. Direct file upload is the main entry method. The entry form shows upload progress, lets you retry a failed upload, and gives you a receipt only after your entry has been saved. Before auditions open you can check your files, but nothing is submitted.
What happens after entry?
The team reviews the audition and eligibility details. Approved shortlisted performances progress according to the published programme schedule. Rejected or incomplete entries receive a reason.
Will my private details appear publicly?
No. Public profiles use approved performance details, category, province, picture and video. Email, phone, birth date and home location are private.
